If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund and we'll cover return shipping. 

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply fill out the Returns Form below and we'll sort out the rest. Your return will be collected 24 to 48 hours after submitting the form. Or give us a call we're here to help!

• You can return any purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

• Return shipping is absolutely FREE; we will arrange collection from wherever you receive your normal deliveries.

• Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse (usually within48 hours of receipt), a credit will be applied to your account. As part of our 90-day return policy, all returns will need to be receivedby our warehouse within 90 days of purchase.

1. The relevant Gecko Cleantech tax invoice or delivery docket. 
2. The product's original packaging, including any instruction manuals, information booklets, and carton or container.

1. Put the return items in the original Gecko Cleantech carton or any cardboard shipping box. Please cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
2. Write 'Gecko Cleantech - Returns' on the Shipping Box.
